friendly reception high energy super clean team
i had a fab time! mari carmen and dayanna at reception were super friendly! mr solution kept the energy high and made sure everyone had fun. the cleaning team kept the place Super clean!!!

great pool fantastic reception cute staff friendly people
I were charmed. the pool and bar zone were great. the other guests were kind. the staff were great. daniel at reception be fantastic. luis and javier at the pool bar be super cute. i'm definitely coming back.
i found a very slight issue. my stay wasn't perfect. i think the gym equipment be rusted. i think it needs some love. i'm sure they fix it soon.

The staff were very helpful. Carmen and Kevin at reception were ready to assist. The hotel gym has sufficient equipment. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the well-equipped gym.
I have no complaints about my stay.

convenient location and friendly staff
convenient location excellent service fun party
the location is very convenient for nearby shopping and dining options near the yumbo centrum. the staff provided excellent service especially alfonso and kevin. the pool parties on saturdays and wednesdays featured dj lucky and were quite fun.
i found the rooms severely average with uncomfortable beds and furniture seemingly designed to discourage extended stays. i found it totally unnecessary they charge extra for the balinese beds. few people used them.

the hotel offered poolside entertainment and the barmen were hardworking providing friendly service to all the guests. a massage therapist was available and offered what i would describe as an excellent experience.

the room was comfortable i found that it included everything i needed for my stay. the cleaning staff cleaned the room daily maintaining a high standard throughout my visit. i found the plants in the garden and pool areas particularly pleasing.

the reception staff was very cute and friendly demonstrating a high level of professionalism . the staff remembered details from previous conversations showing genuine interest. i found this attentiveness very excellent.

the breakfast menu offered good value with opportunities to have what i considered a healthy meal. i appreciated the beautiful music collection played during breakfast creating a pleasant atmosphere. there were many opportunities to enjoy the music.
